Sunya Madrigal Álvarez Ugena

 

Directora y realizadora de cine y arte híbrido, en activo desde el 2004.

Sus piezas cinematográficas y audiovisuales se han proyectado en 14 países, así como en diversas instituciones públicas y privadas en México.

Es Maestra en Filosofía de la Cultura (UMSNH-UPF) y Licenciada en Comunicación. Su principal interés son los medios híbridos, arte con nuevas tecnologías y los derechos humanos.

Fundadora y curadora de Divergentes Arte y Cine (2019-2023).

Coordina el estudio creativo de cine y arte con nuevos medios, GRUPO RATIO desde 2015.

Ha obtenido premios y estímulos de México Prag Internacional Film Festival, FONCA, FICG-Talent Gdl, La Escocesa, entre otros.

Hybrid film and art director, active since 2004.  Sunya cinematographic and audiovisual pieces have been screened in 14 countries, as well as in various public and private institutions in Mexico. 

She has a Master in Philosophy of Culture (UMSNH-UPF) and a degree in Communication. Her main interest is hybrid cinema, art with new technologies and human rights.

She has coordinated coordinated the creative studio for film and art with new media, GRUPO RATIO since 2015. She is Founder and curator of Divergentes Arte y Cine (2019-2023).

She has obtained awards and stimuli from the Mexico Prag International Film Festival, FONCA, FICG-Talent Gdl, La Escocesa, among others.
